I am the producer/writer/host of "THE ROBERT WILLIAM ABREVAYA SHOW" and "The Official Comedian for The 2020 Elections '. My stand-up comedy has been broadcast on NBC's "Later with Greg Kinnear" (1995) and "The Gong Show".(1988). Also, I was in Showtime's "The Funniest Person in America " (1983). At The Comedy Store, I have been the closing act most Potluck nights (currently Monday nights/Tuesday mornings) since (at least) 1983. Three excerpts from "THE ROBERT WILLIAM ABREVAYA SHOW" were broadcast on NBC's "Later with Greg Kinnear" (1995). Two of the excerpts were marijuana-related. One was an excerpt from my stand-up comedy act (me singing (part of) "Marijuana Girls" (from "Beverly Hills Crop ")). The other excerpt was from my speech entitled "The United States of America Should Relegalize Hemp". I also spoke in favor of the relegalization of marijuana in the final episode of Showtime's "American Candidate" (2004).
